Contraption drawing

I have made a drawing of a contraption that would be helpful. Its supposed to be a contraption that will feed Lacy my cat by just pulling a lever. Here is my drawing. What my contraption does is first you pull the lever, then you watch as the cat food goes down the rope like its on a zip line then when it gets to the end of the rope it will tip up, finally when Lacy's bowl is full you pull the lever again and it stops tipping and comes back to the shelf were we keep the cat food.
