Enviroment tech

 Today as it was Thursday we did tech again. My group had to do work in the garden and we planted pea seeds. We had to do an experiment though so we are only going to water one of the pots. This is one of them:

Cooking

Today we had Tech again and I did cooking. We made devilled sausages and pikelets. First we peeled the apples then we put them in the pan with grated carrots, sausages, onions and tomato sauce. Finally we put the cooked rice in and the devilled sausages were done! Have you ever had them before?

Tech at Lake brunner

 Because there was Covid 19 at Grey High we decided to have tech at our school. There were three things we could choose from; Enviroment and Hard materials, Cooking, and Digital tech. I chose Digital and we made a funny movie about Lake brunner school.

 

First aid day

 On Tuesday we had Te Kingas big day out. What we did was we went all around Moana while the 'accident group' kept on getting injured. When one of the people in the 'accident group' got injured it was the people that were in there group (we had been put into groups before we left) to make sure they survived. Then we had to make a shelter that would protect us from rain. Then in our groups we had to make a fire. Sadly my group got last place.

Captioning

 Today at school we used photos from camp and put captions on them. This is my favorite of the ones we did.

Water Art

 Last week we did Art smart. What we did was we took cool photos of water, then we edited them to make them look better. I took a photo of water droplets on a piece of grass, then to make it look better I made the picture slightly greener and blurred out the other pieces of grass. Here it is:

Hope

 Why should you have hope? "Hope can be a powerful force. Maybe there’s no actual magic in it, but when you know what you hope for most and hold it like a light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magic". As Laini Taylor said.  Another saying; "Nothing is imposible, the word itself says i'm possible". - Audrey Hepburn So if your feeling down, have hope as there will always be a way to feel happy.
